Pancakes

weather its a treat or you just fancy a nice pancake this is for you!

SERVES EIGHT


INGREDIENTS

  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300ml milk

Step 1

Put 100g of flour and 2 eggs into a medium sized mixing bowl.

Step 2

Pour 50g of milk gradually adding it in until you have used all of the milk.

Step 3

Continue whisking until you have a consistency of thick cream.

Step 4

Use a ladle and pour some of the batter into the pan tilting the pan to move the mixture around for a even layer.

Step 5

Leave it to cook on one side for around 30 seconds each. If it is golden on one side then that is a sign to flip it over.

Step 6

Continue using these steps with the rest of your batter. Serve with multiple toppings of your choice. ENJOY!
